Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy sets out what you must not do when using Dropalo, operated by Dropalo UK Ltd. It supplements our Community Guidelines and Terms of Use.
Effective date: 2 July 2026
You must not
- Harm children. No CSAE/CSAM, grooming, sexualisation of minors, or child endangerment. No sharing a child’s personal data or precise/live location without a lawful basis. See the Child Safety Policy.
- Harass or abuse others. No threats, bullying, hate speech, stalking, doxxing or intimidation.
- Deceive or defraud. No scams, phishing, impersonation, spam, or malicious links/malware.
- Endanger through location. No false hazard/emergency claims, no tracking people via location, no exposing live/precise location to cause harm, no encouraging trespass or unsafe access.
- Post unlawful content. Nothing illegal, infringing, defamatory, or that violates others’ privacy or rights.
- Abuse the platform. No attempts to bypass safety controls, entitlement gates, rate limits or moderation; no automated scraping or interference with the service; no attempts to gain unauthorised access.
- Misrepresent capabilities. Do not use Dropalo as an emergency, medical, or official public-safety service — it is not one.
Enforcement
Breaches may result in content removal, feature restrictions, suspension, permanent ban, and referral to authorities where required by law. Serious breaches, including any child-safety breach, result in immediate action.
Reporting
Report violations in-app using Report → choose a reason, including Child safety concern, or email support@dropalo.uk. Child safety: childsafety@dropalo.uk.
