At Dropalo, we respect your right to control your data. You can delete your account directly in the Dropalo app or submit a request through the form below.

📱 How to Delete Your Account In-App (Instant Deletion)

If you prefer to delete your account instantly, follow these steps within the app:

1.Open the Dropalo App on your device.

2.Log in to your account.

3.Tap on your profile/user icon (top left or right of the screen).

4. Go to Account Settings.

5.Scroll down and select Delete My Account.

6.Follow the on-screen instructions and confirm deletion.

💡 Once confirmed, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted immediately.

📝 Request Account Deletion via Web (Alternative)

If you are unable to access the app, you can submit an account deletion request using the form below.

Please provide the following details:

✅ Full Name

✅ Registered Email Address

✅ Reason for Deletion (Optional)

After submitting your request, our support team will process it and confirm via email within 48 hours.

⚠ Important Notes

• Once deleted, your account and all associated data cannot be recovered.

•Dropalo does not retain any user data after deletion—your information is immediately and permanently removed from our servers.
