Child Safety Policy
Dropalo has a zero-tolerance policy for child exploitation, abuse or any form of harmful content involving minors. This page sets out our commitment and how we act on it.
Dropalo UK LtdZero toleranceIf you encounter child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that endangers a child, report it immediately to Dropalo and to the relevant authorities, including the Internet Watch Foundation (IWF) at iwf.org.uk or the police.
Our commitment
Dropalo is committed to ensuring a safe environment for all users. We have a zero-tolerance policy for child exploitation, abuse or any harmful content involving minors. The safety and protection of children is a non-negotiable priority across all aspects of our platform.
Prohibited content involving minors
The following is strictly prohibited on Dropalo:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind
- Content that sexualises minors, including written content, imagery or illustrations
- Content that grooms, solicits or facilitates access to children
- Content that endangers the physical or psychological safety of children
- Sharing of a child’s personal information, location or images without guardian consent
Any violation will result in immediate account termination and referral to relevant law enforcement and child protection authorities.
Age restriction
Dropalo services are intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 13. If we become aware that a user is under 13, we will immediately delete their account and associated data.
How to report
- Use the in-app report function on any Drop or user profile
- Email support@dropalo.uk immediately
- Report CSAM directly to the Internet Watch Foundation (IWF)
- Contact your local police or child protection services
All reports are treated with the utmost urgency. We will review and act on child safety reports as a priority above all other issues.
Action we take
- Immediate removal of reported content pending review
- Immediate suspension or permanent termination of the relevant account
- Preservation of evidence and cooperation with law enforcement
- Reporting to relevant child protection authorities where legally required
Safeguarding measures
- Age verification measures during registration
- Monitoring for patterns of behaviour associated with grooming or exploitation
- Regular review of our policies and technical safeguards
- Staff awareness and training on child safety obligations
