Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds

This page explains how paid Dropalo features, subscriptions and purchases may work where available.

App Store and Google Play purchases

If you purchase through the Apple App Store or Google Play, your purchase, billing, cancellation and refund eligibility may be handled by the relevant app store according to its policies. Dropalo does not have direct control over app-store billing and refund processes.

  • Apple: Manage purchases at appleid.apple.com
  • Google: Manage purchases at play.google.com/store/account

Web payments

If Dropalo offers web-based payments, payment terms, billing periods, renewal information and cancellation instructions will be shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your purchase.

Subscriptions

Where Dropalo offers subscription features, these may renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You will be notified in advance of any renewal charges. You can cancel a subscription at any time through your account settings or via the relevant app store.

Cancelling a subscription does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.

Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on where and how you purchased:

  • App store purchases — contact Apple or Google directly using their standard refund processes
  • Web purchases — contact Dropalo at support@dropalo.uk within 14 days of purchase to request a review
  • Dropalo may issue refunds at our discretion where there is a technical fault or where you were charged in error
